Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Sugarcharmtrinket is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Sugarcharmtrinket is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
